Implementation of a cloud transformation while adhering to clearly defined IT security requirements.
The existing IT infrastructure was no longer capable of meeting today's operational demands and the increased requirements for information security. The goal was therefore to establish a future-oriented solution that offers an optimal balance of cost, performance, and security.
As a forward-looking measure, a comprehensive cloud transformation project was approved and implemented, which included the migration of all applications and services to a modern cloud infrastructure.

IT as a growth engine – Infrastructure for transcontinental hyperscaling
Five Star Global Logistics has grown rapidly as an international air and sea freight forwarder.
Within just a few months, the organization expanded from around 30 employees to over 120, with new locations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The existing on-premise infrastructure could no longer scale to meet this growth. New locations had to be planned, technically set up, and securely integrated into the existing IT landscape on short notice.
In close collaboration with Five Star, INVENTRY developed a tailored, cloud-based IT strategy precisely aligned with the requirements of a rapidly growing, international logistics company. This included planning new locations, building local IT infrastructure on-site, and establishing standardized connections to central cloud services.
The existing, outdated on-premise environment was gradually migrated to a scalable cloud infrastructure. The focus was on standardized processes, centralized management, secure provisioning of new users and locations, and a low-maintenance IT landscape that sustainably supports further growth.

Successful IT provider transition with zero downtime
Switching IT partners was a major step for the company, but one that came with inherent risks. With limited internal IT expertise, the entire transition required meticulous planning and execution. It was essential that day-to-day operations remained completely unaffected throughout the process.
Existing systems were gradually migrated from the data center to modern cloud and SaaS environments, with no disruption to daily business. At the same time, employees received active support and training to ensure they could use the new processes and applications quickly and confidently.

Modern, secure, and efficient workflows through new technological approaches. At the same time, increasing employee satisfaction through reliable IT service.
Establishing a modern IT setup and making work processes more digital, secure, and efficient, while simultaneously meeting international (IATA) and country-specific (FOCA) IT security requirements. Furthermore, the goal is to improve service and response times in IT support.
All locally operated systems were migrated to cloud and SaaS solutions. This significantly improved security, availability, scalability, and collaboration. At the same time, maintenance requirements were reduced and the purchase of a new server became unnecessary.

Stabilizing a fault-prone IT landscape through analysis and clear SLAs, resulting in measurably improved operations.
Due to numerous system failures and the resulting operational disruptions, there was an urgent need to bring in a reliable and structured service partner to stabilize the IT systems.
Following a comprehensive analysis of the system landscape, a sustainable stabilization concept was developed and integrated into a structured service model with defined Service Level Agreements.
