Senior IT-Specialist (m/w/d) Remote

You will work on modern IT infrastructures for companies in the logistics and transport industry, ensuring stable systems, strong security and efficient processes.

• You bring in-depth knowledge and many years of hands-on experience in administering Windows client/server environments as well as cloud systems
• You are not only interested in technical topics, but want to actively shape the development of our products and INVENTRY's strategic direction
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, enjoy getting into new topics and continuously develop your skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong client focus are among your strengths
• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are a genuine team player and take on new challenges with enthusiasm
• You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• You categorise, prioritise and handle incoming service requests efficiently and with a focus on solutions
• You analyse existing IT infrastructures and client environments to identify potential for improvement
• You provide remote support for our clients and work on projects together with your colleagues
• You handle incidents, change requests and general enquiries – always to a high quality standard
• You create clear, practical documentation and guides for colleagues and clients
